Ziebarth vineyards are located in the Goodger District of the South Burnett wine region. The vineyards and cellar door are on the edge of the Stuart Range just 15 minutes south of Kingaroy on the Cooyar Road. The property is called 'Fairview' and it originally produced beef cattle. Cattle and horses continue to be important sources of income for the Ziebarths.

Wine tasting is held in the Cellar Door from 10.00 am to 5.00pm Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and public holidays (except Christmas Day and Good Friday; Anzac Day from 1pm). The cellar door is also open for booked tastings (buses and large groups). Guests are seated at tables with complimentary platters of cheese, crackers and homemade relishes. Groups are then given a brief talk on the history of the cellar door and vineyard and then taste a selection of wines. The wine tasting includes simple wine tips on how to taste the wines.

Ziebarth's cellar door is housed in an original old Queenslander, built in late 1930's by Janet Ziebarth's grandfather from timber milled on the property. It served as the farmhouse until the late 1990s when it was moved to its present site to be restored and to take advantage of the views. The bar was crafted from local silky oak timber milled from the property. From the bar, the verandahs or the deck on the duck pond guests can take in the views of the Bunya Mountains or the distant Jimna Ranges.
